Choosing a healthcare provider is a deeply personal decision. My practice is centered on thoughtful, unrushed care where your concerns are heard, your questions are encouraged, and your health is approached as a whole.
I am a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, having graduated from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in 2017, and I hold a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Counselling Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This combined training allows me to integrate both physical and psychological perspectives into care, recognizing how stress, behaviour, and lived experience influence health.
My clinical approach is informed by interdisciplinary medical exposure. I have shadowed and interned with emergency room physicians, gynaecological surgeons, and anesthesiologists, gaining insight into acute care, surgical medicine, and patient safety. I have also worked closely with individuals with disabilities, which continues to shape my commitment to adaptable, compassionate, and individualized care.
I practice evidence-informed, integrative medicine focused on helping you understand what’s happening in your body, why it’s happening, and what can be done—without rushed appointments or one-size-fits-all protocols. My goal is to provide clarity, collaboration, and a plan that feels realistic and sustainable.
